Dana Hubbell
A graduate of Arizona State University, Dana has been a full-time real estate professional since 1984. Dana has helped thousands of families purchase their dream home. She is consistently recognized for her professional achievements, including TOP TEN REALTOR awards, multi-million dollar producer, and Relocation Specialist. Also a concerned and involved parent and member of the community, she serves as block watch captain, PTO School district member, Girls Club volunteer, and YMCA member supporter.
J.T. Hubbell
Born in Mesa and raised in Chandler, J.T. has always had a deep connection to Arizona. With the exception of two years in Tennessee during college, it is where he has always lived. After stints in the fields of medical imaging, food service, and cable communications, J.T. decided to pursue a career in real estate. It was a relatively easy move due to his appreciation for Arizona property and his family’s long connection to the business. In addition to his mother being a broker and agent, two of his grandparents, Charles P. Morriss and Jal Morriss, were also very influential brokers.
With a focus on providing excellent service to his real estate clients, J.T. continues to maintain his other interests. He is currently continuing his education in History and Marketing at Arizona State University, while still finding time to work on his passion for music. He is a singer and songwriter who enjoys playing at live venues across the Grand Canyon State.
Brockton Rideout
Brockton is a graduate from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University (ASU). Growing up he spent time in Ft. Lauderdale Florida and the Phoenix suburb of Ahwatukee. After graduating from ASU, Brock moved to Santa Barbara, California where he worked as the business manager for a concert production company. Today he spends much of his time, hiking, biking, and enjoying the outdoors. Brockton has a long time interest in real estate and enjoys the challenge to find the perfect property. Brock is excited about the current real estate market and he is looking forward to finding you your Arizona Dream Home.
Tom Smith
Coming from Ohio in 1996, Tom moved his wife and 2 kids to Phoenix after selling his interest in the material handling company he founded. His involvement in real estate first came as an investor, buying residential property to rent or resell.
Tom became a full-time realtor in Arizona (2001) working with buyers and sellers in Phoenix's East Valley. He is a multi-million dollar producer and is an accredited buyer's representative (ABR). Tom has worked on varying types of real estate transactions; he specializes in everything from assisting first time buyers to working with investors at the wholesale level and even negotiating those pesky short sales.
Tom strives for smooth, positive transactions for his clients and is always focused on helping to turn real estate dreams into a reality!
Ashley Taylor-Manezes
Ashley was born and raised in Arizona and can't think of anywhere else she'd rather be! She currently lives in Chandler with her husband and their two dogs. She likes outdoor activities and spending time with her large family. Ashley has been in Real Estate since 2000 and has taken on different adventures during her Real Estate career. She enjoys helping her clients with the house hunting experience and watching them turn a house into a home. She also enjoys working with first time home buyers because their excitement is contagious. Ashley's number one goal is to make the buying process seamless and easy. She prides herself on honesty and professionalism and is dedicated to helping her clients find their dream home!
Alex Wentis
Born and raised in Arizona, Alex shows great love for his home state. After Graduating with a Business Communication Degree from Arizona State University, Alex has been working hard in the Residential Real Estate Field. Alex loves to help, provide and assist all his clients in finding their dream home and/or selling their home. Alex has prided himself on his hard work and dedication to his clients and company. While being outgoing and very personable, Alex thoroughly enjoys interacting and working with people. In Alex's free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends as well as recreational sports.
Julianne Hlebichuk
Julianne was born in Scottsdale, Arizona and has lived in Arizona her whole life. Julianne met Dana 17 years ago while working at RE/MAX. After taking some time off to enjoy being a mom/wife, she is now back to help market and promote homes for the Dana Hubbell Group.
In her free time she enjoys swimming, camping, helping out at school, and playing with her kids.
Julianne currently resides in Chandler with her Husband Kade, her son Kyle (11) and daughter Kendall (9).
Andrew Sterbenz
Andrew grew up in South Scottsdale, and now lives in Tempe with his wife, Katie, and golden doodle, Olive. He's completing his last semester at Arizona State University, where he studies Literature, Writing, and Film. He serves as the Internet Marketing Director for Dana Hubbell Group, and looks forward to learning more ins and outs of the real estate business.
